Some SCR products may be offered as one-time purchases, while other products or services may have different billing arrangements. A recurring subscription will not be created unless the applicable offer and checkout process clearly identify the purchase as recurring.

Digital Products and Delivery
SCR may sell digital products, including downloadable guides, planners, worksheets, templates, checklists, and other digital resources.
When a product is identified as digital-only, no physical product will be shipped. Digital access or delivery is provided according to the method described on the applicable purchase page.
For protected digital products, SCR may require successful server-side payment verification before access or download is provided. A browser redirect, copied delivery URL, bookmarked page, or direct visit to a delivery page does not by itself establish proof of purchase or a right to access protected files.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for maintaining a device, internet connection, software, or PDF reader reasonably necessary to access the purchased digital resource.
Digital Product License and Personal Use
Unless a product page or separate written license expressly states otherwise, SCR-owned digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use.
A purchaser may download, save, print, and complete copies of a purchased digital resource for the purchaser’s own personal use where the nature of the product permits such use.
Purchasers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, commercially repackage, share for unauthorized use, or otherwise make an SCR-owned digital product available to others without prior written permission from Smart Choice Resource.
Product-specific license terms may grant additional permitted uses. Where SCR expressly provides additional rights for a particular product, those product-specific license terms will control for that product.
Refunds and Digital Access Issues
Because digital products can be made available immediately or shortly after verified payment, digital purchases are generally treated as final once access to the purchased digital product has been provided, except where otherwise stated on the applicable purchase page or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Smart Choice Resource will review reasonable requests involving duplicate charges, unresolved file-access or download problems, incorrect delivery attributable to SCR, or other circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
If you experience a problem accessing a purchased SCR digital product, please contact Smart Choice Resource so that we can attempt to resolve the access or delivery issue.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Cancellations
A customer may leave or cancel a checkout process before payment is successfully completed. An abandoned or cancelled checkout does not create a completed purchase and does not provide access to a protected digital product.
For any SCR product or service that includes recurring billing in the future, applicable cancellation and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.
